Parenting has a lot of challenges—but one thing that’s consistently at the top for me? FOOD.

Not just feeding them, but helping my kids understand food—what it does for their bodies, how it fuels their lives. And honestly? I haven’t felt supported in that effort.

When kids practice reading, math, or sports, the progress is visible. But eating well? They don’t see the results. They don’t realize (or admit) they feel stronger or more energized. That makes food education a tough sell.

But it’s too important to ignore.
Talk to any older adult and they’ll say, “If you’ve got your health, you’ve got everything.” And yet, where is the support to teach our kids the basics of health through food?

Parents are in an uphill battle—alone. That’s why I’m building Fi for Kids: to inform and empower kids through fun, hands-on experiences that give them real knowledge and real tools. Because when kids understand food, they make better choices. And when they feel ownership? Accountability follows.

There’s so much talk about AI… but it’s time to talk about Fi—Food Intelligence.
